MOSCOW, Mar 22 (PRIME) -- The Moscow Exchange switched trade in ordinary shares of pipe producer TMK into a discreet auction mode starting from 4.19 p.m. Moscow time after the stock jumped by over 20% within 10 minutes, the bourse said in a statement on Friday.
Earlier on Friday, TMK agreed to sell its U.S. subsidiary IPSCO Tubulars to Tenaris for U.S. $1.209 billion.
